Aloha

Aloha Mental Arithmetic is an educational program for children´s mental development based on three key tools: the calculus with a soroban abacus, that is of Japanese origin, mental arithmetic and educational games.

In ALOHA, children learn in a fun way due to its didactic and playful nature.

Nightingales

Musica plays an important role in the children´s education. In addition to contributing to psychomotor, socio-affective, cognitive and linguistic development, it facilitates the learning process.

The development of sensitivity, rhythmic sense, creativity, imagination, memory, concentration, attention, respect for others, socialization and affectivity are favored, contributing to body and movement awareness.

Capoeira

Capoeira develops general motor coordination, as well as affective, mental and physical relationships. The practice of the activity allows you to get to know the cultural roots of capoeira, customs, traditions and popular folklore. Students have the opportunity to learn and play with musical instruments used in capoeira, such as the agogô, the atabaque, the berimbau, the caxixi, the tambourine and the reco-reco.

Dance

Dance develops abilities such as creativity, expressiveness and musicality. The practice of this activity allows you to stimulate imagination through the interaction between arts and music.

Associating the dance practice with a healthy and fun sport practice, exploring the natural essence of the child´s movement, with total creative freedom for discovery.

Swimming

Swimming contributes to human beings full development, in cognitive, emotional and social aspects, with the objective of learning and improving the techniques.

Musical Instruments

Playing a musical instrument has many benefits, such as:

  • Stimulates Memory;
  • Improves Coordination;
  • Develops reading and comprehension skills;
  • Increases concentration.

Yoga

Yoga allows you to improve your body and your mind. Provides well-being, good mood, dynamism and self-control. The practice of this activity develops alignment, symmetry and body awareness, favoring the minds active participation.

Ballet

Classical ballet consists on combining technique, music and performance in body movements. These are skills that children gradually acquire through exercises, it requires discipline, posture and rhythm.

Ballet practice provides benefits such as:

  • Improves motor coordination;
  • Increases concentration;
  • Development of notions of space and location;
  • Increases flexibility;
  • Develops body resistance;
  • Correction and posture improvement.

Karate

Karate strengthens the body, the mind and the spirit in an integrated way, promoting principals and values such as mutual respect, tolerance, unity, discipline, strength of character and self-confidence.

Super Hero

The Super Hero Program is based on emotional intelligence development, it is focused on three psychological processes, which are the programs main objectives:

  • Self-esteem and self-confidence development;
  • Understanding and managing emotions;
  • Communication and social skills.

Using the superheroes metaphor and their super powers and also using appealing materials originally created for the program, we seek to involve each child in a process of developing skills based on the enhancement of their emotional intelligence.

English Institute

Our English program is carefully prepared and designed to ensure preparation for the Cambridge Young Leaners exams.

The English program for children from 3 to 6 years old is based on a methodology based on the TPR (Total Physical Response), and for children aged 6 to 9/10 in communicative approach. Each of these methodologies aims to develop Listening, Reading and Writing skills.
